Content of the Service Provided

"Ideactor" is an AI partner service that uses six thinking engines to support users in conceiving new ideas that overturn their assumptions and premises.
Based on themes, conditions, and the like entered by the user, AI generates ideas and inspirations (synthesized results) from multiple perspectives. The generated results can be viewed and used on the Service.
In addition to a free trial plan, monthly and annual paid plans (Standard / Premium) are available. The features and number of available generations of each plan vary according to the credits granted and the content of the plan.

Regarding AI-Generated Content

The content such as ideas and text generated by the Service (the "Generated Content") is generated automatically by artificial intelligence (AI).
The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or legality of the Generated Content, or that it does not infringe the rights of third parties. In addition, for identical or similar inputs, similar Generated Content may also be output to other users.
Use of the Generated Content (including business decision-making, publication, and commercial use) must be carried out at the user's own responsibility, after confirming the validity of its content and the related rights. The Company shall not be liable for any damage arising from the use of the Generated Content, except where the Company has acted with intent or gross negligence.

Standard Plan: USD 30 per month / USD 300 per year
Premium Plan: USD 200 per month / USD 2,000 per year

Costs Required Other Than the Product Price

Internet connection charges and communication fees, etc. required to use the Service are borne by the customer.

Credit card payment (using the payment processing service Stripe)

Timing of Payment

Payment is processed immediately upon confirmation of the application (purchase) for each plan.
Subscription (monthly / annual) plans are automatically renewed at the end of each contract period, and the same amount is automatically charged on each renewal date.

Validity Period of the Application

Please complete the application procedure in accordance with the steps displayed on the application screen. If the procedure is not completed within a certain time on the payment screen, the application may become invalid.
Note that paid plans are automatically renewed on the expiration date of each contract period until cancellation procedures are carried out.

Restrictions on Sales Quantity

There are no particular restrictions on sales quantity. However, the Service is used within the scope of each plan and the credits granted.
For use exceeding the credits granted, or use that imposes an excessive load on the system, we may restrict the number of uses or the amount of usage.

Timing of Service Provision

After payment is confirmed, the service is provided immediately. Synthesized results and credits are granted promptly after confirmation of payment processing.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations (Return Policy)

Due to the nature of a digital service, no refunds, returns, or cancellations can be accepted after the commencement of service provision. All sales are final.

How to Cancel / Stop Automatic Renewal

Automatic renewal of a subscription can be stopped at any time up to the expiration date of the current contract period. After stopping, billing ceases at the end of the period already paid for. No prorated refunds are made.

Regarding Service Suspension

The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the provision of the Service without prior notice to users in any of the following cases.
The Company shall not be liable for any damage incurred by users as a result. In addition, if a user violates the Terms of Service, the Company may suspend the provision of the Service to that user.

Operating Environment

The Service can be used via a web browser.
