How to Use Ideactor

Design ideas and tasks through AI dialogue

What is Ideactor?

Ideactor is a tool for designing ideas, tasks, and project plans through dialogue with AI. Rather than simply answering questions, the AI returns questions to deepen your thinking — a 'co-founder' style design built for collaboration.

Basic Flow

  1. 1

    Enter a Theme

Type what you want to work on — a new service, a challenge you want to solve. A single sentence or bullet points are both fine.

  2. 2

    Converse with AI

Instead of giving answers immediately, the AI first asks 1–2 clarifying questions: 'For whom?', 'Why now?', 'What is in scope?' Through this dialogue you define the real challenge together.

  3. 3

    Receive a Task Plan

Once the direction is set, a plan is proposed as a hierarchy of phases, tasks, and subtasks. Each task has a completion criterion so progress can be measured.

  4. 4

    Execute Tasks

Executable tasks are run directly by the AI as text output. Results are saved within the task and can be reviewed later.

6 Thinking Engines

Ideactor presents perspectives you haven't noticed yet, through the following 6 original viewpoints.

BiomimicryApply 3.8 billion years of nature's optimal solutions to human problems — like the bullet train nose modeled on the kingfisher's beak.
Cross-Domain FusionImport the logic of an unrelated industry — like Uber born by transplanting the Airbnb model.
BackcastingWork backwards from the ideal future in 2050 to identify what needs to be invented today.
First-Principles DesignAsk 'Why does it have to be done this way?' from scratch — the same approach Elon Musk used when he asked 'Why are rockets so expensive?'
Academic IntegrationApply research insights to practice, backed by data and evidence.
Intuition CatalystBreak fixed assumptions with 'Why not?' to unlock new possibilities.
